This week the guys talk a ton about the new Playstation Classic, Amazon invading everything, then go to battle in Round 2 of the digitalSoup Presents: Souper Fight Club, Season 1.
Since the NES and SNES Classics did so well Sony decided to join the fun and is bringing a mini version of their original Playstation to the masses this holiday season. It will come pre-loaded with 20 “genre-defining” titles, including Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 3, Jumping Flash, Wild Arms and Ridge Racer Type 4.
It seems that the popularity of the “Stories” feature created by Snapchat and later popularized by Instagram and Facebook is making it’s way into Google Search. WTF?!
Last Thursday Amazon held an event to unveil a whole bunch of new gadgets powered by our favorite virtual assistant. Everything from updated Echo devices to home security and an Alexa powered microwave were announced but is it time to start worrying if there is just too much in the “Internet of Things” realm?

This Week’s Track – “Natural Born” by The Clays
The Clays is a four piece rock band from Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, England. They formed sometime in 2013 but the music of the band started well before that. Long-time friends, Adam and Mart began collaborating on songwriting many years ago. Sitting down with acoustic guitars, Adam quickly took up the mantle of lead vocals and lead guitar while Mart supplied backing and rhythm. They worked hard on perfecting the melodies and harmonies before deciding they need to take it to the next level.
